Joe O’Brien
Joe O’Brien founded ENTEL, Inc. in January of 2000 with the goal of providing exceptional service and responsiveness to clients. Joe came from the environmental consulting industry where he served both public agencies and private industry. Joe never let go of the relationships or the lessons he learned serving public review agencies. He has integrated that background with his sales efforts to help ENTEL’s customers obtain regulatory approval of their products. Joe’s service attitude and his paradigm of treating each person the way he would want to be treated are the foundational principles of the company. In his free time, Joe loves hunting with his family and hiking national parks with his wife Cindy.

Michael Eslinger
Michael joined ENTEL in August of 2025. Prior to that, Michael was in industrial sales and project management for 20 years. Michael enjoys getting to know his customers to better serve their needs. Michael graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Business Management. He enjoys traveling with his wife and coaching his kids sports teams. Michael covers most of Indiana and southern Ohio for ENTEL.

Josh Freel
Josh Freel joined ENTEL in April of 2026. Prior to that, Josh served in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years. He has over a decade of industrial sales and team leadership experience. Josh loves learning new technologies and ways he can better support his customers. Josh graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Corporate Communications. He loves to spend time on the lake with his wife and 4 kids. Josh covers Michigan and Northern Ohio for ENTEL.
