Meet The Founder

Joe O’Brien founded ENTEL, Inc. in January of 2000 with the goal of providing exceptional service and responsiveness to clients. Joe came from the environmental consulting industry where he served both public agencies and private industry. Joe never let go of the relationships or the lessons he learned serving public review agencies. He has integrated that background with his sales efforts to help ENTEL’s customers obtain regulatory approval of their products. Joe’s service attitude and his paradigm of treating each person the way he would want to be treated are the foundational principles of the company. In his free time, Joe loves hunting with his family and hiking national parks with his wife Cindy.
